Hi! Just wondering if the fellow neighbours here who bought a unit at Forett have any chat groups etc yet? Haha I know it’s super early considering the TOP is not anytime soon but no harm knowing the neighbours!

I think this is really quite subjective leh. Hard to drive out in terms of not near your preferred expressway? Poor designed road? Too much road works/constructions? As for amenities, what exactly are you referring to that’s missing in the vicinity?

That said I think it’s worth your time to go down to the actual site and look look see see the amenities

Is Forett moving well?

I’m looking at 3bedder and I like the layout. The facilities look ok. The proximity to the parks is attractive but it’s a public good. I can kinda of drive there anytime. When I checked on the location, it’s so hard to drive out. Amenities is quite poor. Maybe I’m not familiar with the area. Are there other things to consider?

Hi, i understand there are many Forett buyers here. Congrats. If children needs to go school, hows bus services? I heard MRT is 10 min walk under the hot sun (or in the rain). Im researching on Ki Residences. Heard launching soon. But no MRT too.

Nearest pri schs will be pei hwa & bt timah pri..can walk there la (if your kids are still in kindergarten)

Can search on Google maps for available bus services lor..
