but they still did pretty well, raised price 2x in last 3 months at 18xx psf now and 30-40% sold, not bad for such a price point in this location alreaedy.
ya, since now nothing much left, that s why forett dare dare increase price, some 3~5% recently...

This is Qingjian style.. allgreen maybe can learn from the Chinese developers how to price and increase their launches accordingly along the way.. slow and steady over the months and years.. not increase 5-6 times and 600psf in a day haha..

think i read in e penrose vs forett thread someone was predicting it will drop to $1.6K from 1.8k post launch and quite a no of ppl were bearish, never expect qingjian to raise till $2.2k and still going strong..i heard from agent yesterday forett may be raising price again soon

think this new pool of buyers have to target $2.5k on exit..not easy but with AMK and Lentor new launch..chance to defy all odds

think i read in e penrose vs forett thread someone was predicting it will drop to $1.6K from 1.8k post launch and quite a no of ppl were bearish, never expect qingjian to raise till $2.2k and still going strong..i heard from agent yesterday forett may be raising price again soon

think this new pool of buyers have to target $2.5k on exit..not easy but with AMK and Lentor new launch..chance to defy all odds
I really like the 2b showflat interior design. Really showcase how nice a unit can be with high ceilings

whats 2b showflat ID? i rem gg forett showroom twice and their living room storage cabinet can extend all the way full heigh to the 4m+ ceiling.

try gg verdale showroom, they have a very spacious living room with 4m+ ceiling, very tastefully furnished, when you have a large living room the high ceiling just magnifies the spatial effect, but on flipside a 1 bedder with high ceiling will make it look elongated. thats why alot of loft units are unprofitable because unit is small yet tall.

ya this was the one i saw, the feature wall or storage extend all the way to the top, gg to cost a bomb to do such ID

This showflat made many consider buying top floor high ceiling units 😃

I’m not an ID expert but as long as the feature wall & carpentry is really durable & well maintained, imo there’s a good chance future resale buyers could be willing to pay a premium for such ID designs if one decides to sell.

That is very good. The higher they raise, the higher the chances of late buyers making losses... so late buyers must pray hard and Let’s pray for them as well that they can huat..

Look at the logic...
one brother here was already saying LINQ at 22xx psf is crazy price... now forett at 22xx psf? Central located integrated PPR ( grade A plus mall plus mrt interchange) find difficulty to breach 2xxx psf level in resale..
