Not all currency pairs offered by Oanda are at 50:1 anyways.
I've have 1 small account with Dukascopy, it seems they are outside ESMA regulation, (disclaimer) but do anything at your on risk hor especially if it involves wiring large sums of monies overseas.
Can try Aussie brokers also, not sure if ASIC will follow suit and implement leverage cap.

leverage 20:1, might as well dont trade...50:1 is decent but you need to dump in larger equity if you want to go for bigger size lots

looks like alot will use offshore brokers liao ...500:1 leverage kind haha
