Yesterday is actually for profit taking rather than adding new positions. The odds are damn bad for trading new positions yesterday because of the low liquidity

EUR/USD

Heng ah! hope the upside can sustained.

Can't imagine the amount of money required to hold down market for 45 mins after announcement.... :s22:

Not likely. Now the market is indecisive. As mentioned before 1.11 - 1.118 range is expected.

EUR/USD
25/07/19: Open 1.1142 / Close 1.1145
25/07/19: High 1.1187 / Low 1.1102

As you can see yesterday's range is about 80 pips. But during ECB interest rate decision event it prata up and down many times taking out all the stop loss orders for both long and short positions. Bang balls x 10! :s13: Open at 1.1142 and close at 1.1145. 3 pips difference if you stuck your ground with NO STOP LOSS. :vijayadmin:

Your margin need to be ample during high impact event/data release. If you are not using local brokers your account can explode during spikes. Foreign based brokers regulated by MAS do not offer you T+2 margin top up deadline unlike local brokers. For local based brokers you still have ample time to go to pawn shop and pawn your Ah Ma's gold jewelleries if you are sibei broke. :s13:

not exactly on forex but the principles is almost same.
master the market by tom Williams

or u can google more on Wyckoff or price action analysis

Wow you want to give advice to act blur hao lian trader!?

Don't feed the troll. :D

How big is your position sizing relative to your account if u use no stop loss method? Currently I using no stop loss method too. Account balance increase but so is the losses.. But still got swap
