I won't claim to be amazingly accurate. But we'll, if this doesn't pan out, no harm looking for help within the community I've mentioned.

Nursing and teaching are just some examples of jobs that are 'motherly' and nurturing in nature. There might be others, I might have missed out.

Otherwise yes, the superior in the next workplace would be someone of that archetype.

I've considered what do you actually want to ask, and maybe will just do a past-present-future review and see what it says:
