I have to say, the part where i got a good deal on the apartment is correct. I managed to purchase a unit at a mature estate, 30% below its market price because the owner needed cash. Its the reno progress i am having problems with. You described my problem accurately in that i had so many detailed instruction in the design brief, some id and reno contractors actually shun my plan due to the extensive requests i had. Currently my plan to move into the apartment is being halted due to the fact that i needed to do extensive repairs to the unit. I am amazed you actually managed to get a lot of things right. If what you say is true that i got a good deal on the apartment, then perhaps the same positive message could be had for the contractor that i am about to use. Hopefully he's the guy that i can trust for my reno work.

I am just a bit soured that in these 4 months, there is no good thing to look forward to. Your previous reading on december, the inverted sun deck, might have meant as the troubles and setback i am currently having this month. I had 2 road related incidents, and a few obstacles upon finalising my apartment purchase. And then you told me based on your recent reading that my fortunes for jan-feb aren't great, and my moving out progress might be halted. I've considered what do you actually want to ask, and maybe will just do a past-present-future review and see what it says:
