Wow. I will say spot on. saltedd, are you sure you are not doing this professionally?

Currently working in one of the STI index company, and will say I am adequately remunerated (not high because of being undercut severely by my previous sme employer - current company cannot justify too high of an increment but has provided massive increment in my second year to compensate me for that).

Not much projects at the moment because of cost cutting measures, just doing routine BAU stuffs. No intentions of finding other jobs because of the stability, good working culture and colleagues relationship in the company.

Investment are doing pretty ok in money market funds, REITs ETF, savings bonds, fd after the disaster from the china stocks in 2021. You even got this part right...

Don't foresee myself from earning as high as my peers in this industry because of company losses but yet, I don't see myself being taken advantage of because of the fair remuneration and healthy work life balance offered.

Actually first para says she's not really on the ball and not motivated.

Then all in all, I'm saying she should jump ship, or she will not grow at all.

There was a time when you were too eager to get into a relationship. I think the expectation for reciprocation was too fast and demanding; potential SO were either intimidated away or advancing too fast for their liking. Many other obstacles were there, so ended up waiting for responses and reciprocation anyway. Nothing much else you could do.

Health is very good in the past. Strong, able and good immunity. Exercise and diet well balanced, able to take stresses in life.

Currently, facing issues with the heart, possibly surgery (by-pass, stenting, angiography, etc) so need to take extra care with coronary heart issues.

The future probably points to the time when at a senior age. Overall health is good, but take extra care not to over exert or do too much exercises; moderate is key and maintain good diets (typical care). High mental activity may also make your older self edgy and melancholic, you have a lot in your mind but don't have the energy like you used to, so take care not to get overwhelmed by yourself.
