When I asked you in Feb, I was contemplating switching to part time lecturing and considering some directorship in prep for retirement, thus the question. But unexpected things happen.10 of swords > 5 of cups > Justice
Current situation suggests an ending, as well as an acceptance of the results of a period of messy hard work with grief. It feels like the completed project or tour of duty has less than satisfactory results but it ended anyway and there's no choice but to move on.
I believe that you are currently much aware of this and your introspection probably tides you through this feedback and debrief period. I suppose you have learnt much from this professional ordeal and remain hopeful to manage things better.
Going forward, Justice rewards your hard work you put in. While the results may not be good or as profitable as you might have hoped, the good work did not go unrecognised. Look forward to new opportunities that will rightfully go to you because the heavens aren't blind and you shall reap what you had sowed.
Its mind boggling how accurate your readings are. Don’t let your talent go to waste.
In early March, my Co was indeed embroiled in a messy situation! And up till May, I had to fight boardroom battles every week - it made me a horrible person to deal with cause we had to defend the co. To my co-workers, this was the worst period ever in our career of more than 20 years together. Some new blood on board and tried to rock our boat, digging for dirts and make a big hoo haa. Our conscience are clear, but it’s the process of getting through to prove we're right that is causing us grief. Not to mention $$ spent to engage external advice (at least $1M).
Again, if you go pro in this line, let me know. I would engage your service often.
