2. How to improve my kids’ grades in studies? They are in P5 and P4
+ Queen of Swords > - Ace of Cups > + The High Priestess
The kids' studies must have been quite closely monitored. To pull through this, the expected willpower and endurance is required. However, it hints that they want independence (autonomy) to handle their studies. They might just have a fair balance of emotional management of stress and skill to pull through this on their own with only a slight push from you as a parent.
what is currently being done to improve their studies can be said to be a misdirection. they may actually be good at certain subjects but was dismissed off to concentrate and improved more important (as least by perception) subject or areas. This led to a rejection of their abilities and hinders overall growth. May need to acknowledge that what they are good at is great and commendable, while conveying that improving this other aspect is also important, spend a bit more time on this weak area.
the outcome here is to allow the kid's to improve on their own, as they are highly intuitive in following their own path. while parental discipline is still needed to prevent them from straying, they should also not be dictated to follow a certain set path. In addition, they would like their progress to be kept confidential, so take note not to advertise to the world how much improvement they made. They have their own pace and wish to keep their improvement a private matter.
So i guess.... give them space, acknowledge what they like and are good at (like art, hobbies, sports, etc), gently nudge on what they should improve on, keep this matter private between parent and child only, discipline when needed to but not dictate a particular direction for them.
Hope that helps.
