Why don't you just send it directly to the local Westone distributor? I'm sure their response should be faster.

Its either Jaben and Stereo. If you buy from Jaben, it shows that you didnt do your research well.

Try calling Westone and ask:

1. If they have received the IEM's
2. If yes, then if they have fixed/replaced it
3. If yes, then if they have shipped it
4. If yes, then if there is a tracking number.

If yes to all, then track your UM1's and patiently wait.
If no to 1, then confront Jaben and ask them exactly what they have done to your UM1's.
If no to 2, then ask them when they are going to do so.
If no to 3, then ask them when they are going to do so.
If no to 4, then just patiently wait for about 2-3 weeks before considering taking action again.

they acknowled that the recieved my faulty set via email

sent an email saying they are looking to see if they can repair

sent an email saying they cant repair and will ship out a new set the next day

Dude don't call Jaben. Call (faster response but now it is night over there) or e-mail Westone. westone's customer service is top notch!

their customer service is top notch.

Contact Westone Customer Service by e-mail at: customerservice@westone.com or call us at 800-525-5071.

I dealt with westone many times. Zero problems.

Normally if you want to claim warranty yourself, westone will give you RMA # (Return Material Authorization). So, I am pretty sure jaben also got RMA number. Just ask it from them. and use that no. to identify ur unit.
