Actually I didn't receive a physical check.

It just takes longer the first time. Once ur bank account is verified, it will be quite quick.

Oh, I didn’t mean they send the physical cheque to me. Instead, they said they deposited a physical cheque directly to my bank.

I read about this longer time needed for first time. So when I first set up my account, I transfered a small amount and then withdraw. Rather than wait for first sale.

Wow, first time do withdrawal didn’t know take soo long.. is like as though FSM is issuing “physical cheque” to the bank ah?

Mon 4-Jan:
Early morning submit withdrawal for SGD Cash

Tues 5-Jan :
~6pm, DBS account indicating funds available within 1 business day

Wed 6-Jan:
Now just checked, funds available after 2pm on a business day.

Phew!

Luckily I still have some movable funds somewhere else to settle my outstanding orders...

Yes. Test system straight after open account. Takes days for fund to withdraw.

I only saw on 8 Jan for rsp in historial transaction stating amount I have invested, but not buy price or fees. Usually takes how long to see?

If the 8th is a business day, the transaction date for the ETF RSP subscription will be on next trading day.

If the 8th falls on a non-business day, the transaction date will take place on the second trading day after the 8th.

Since 8 Jan is a business day, the transaction date will be on Monday, 11 Jan. It should be reflected as early as Monday afternoon or by Tuesday.

I recall reading that DBS multicurrency acct is free, but u might wanna read more pages. Bcos they will issue a cheque I believe, and deposit it on your behalf into the desired multicurrency account iirc. Don't quote me if it's not right.
