1. If purchase this using CPF SA, just an example say $20,000. Based on price 1.5941 means will get 12546 units ?

2. If 1 month later price is example 1.59 and I sell, will get back 31882 X 1.59 = 19948 ?

3. When and how will the charges be charged ? Is it at purchase, at sale or.....?

4. Any other charges if use CPF SA ? The FSM Sales Charge of 0.05% per quarter is not applicable for CPF SA right?

5. What other platform can buy and sell this ? Is FSM One platform the best platform to buy this or are there other platforms with lower cost ?

Hope to get some advise. Have only bought SGX equities using brokers and not sure how such bond fund works.

Yes, this part is important to have a good sense of the turnaround time and ensure funds return to SA promptly since interest is computed based on lowest monthly CPF balance.

Currently, we only accept cheque payment in SGD and USD (cheque issued from a bank in Singapore where the cheque will be cleared locally). You have to indicate the payment currency during the purchase order online.
Foreign currency cheque other than these 2 currencies is not acceptable.

it's more to topup my FSMOne cash account for future use and I got no cheque book for this multi-ccy account

I checked before. For transfer out to my bank. No charges to mca for usd but not hkd. Hkd will be under TT and it has charges from fsmone
