for fujitsu laptops, the standard warranty is 3 yrs parts, 1st yr labor, accessories and international. if i'm not wrong, u have to register online after u bought the laptop.

I don't know how to switch on my bluetooth on my Lifebook S7110 - anyone has any idea? Thanks! Its bought from tertiery program.

if there is a built-in bluetooth, on the right side of ur palm rest, just below the keyboard area, there should be a bluetooth sticker. else, by switching on the wireless function, the bluetooth is oso turned on.

That model have a hot swap DVD drive. Did you accidentally removed the DVD drive? Check it. Remove it boot your PC, if it works fine, later on try putting it back.

Next, if all this is not possible, try recovering back to the previous version by using the Window restore and see if there is any software conflicts.

I tried to use my handphone bluetooth to search for new devices aka my notebook but to no avail.
My wireless switch is on cos I can surf but I do not know how to use the laptop bluetooth to search for my handphone.

Read up the manual and read through the portion on bluetooth. It will help you alot!

I also bought the S7110 laptop from NTU. i also have problems in activating the bluetooth. I had installed the bluetooth and switch on the bluetooth button but when i click on the bluetooth icon on the task bar, its says bluetooth not ready. How to activate it?

I have read thru the manual book but the book does not cover on blue tooth at all.

Generally there are 3 ways to turn ON Bluetooth:

1. A small switch on computer

2. Fn+(F1 to F12); usually blue in colour

3. Right-click on Bluetooth icon in System Tray and enable

S7110 bought from NUS/NTU don't have bluetooth.

Pretty much as Fujitsu will definitely pre-installed every single device they give you and make sure it is working in most cases.

i have white colour P7010 but the colour already turn a little bit yellowish so i'm thinking to change it to black colour,
does anyone have idea about the price ?
and also does anyone have the Original FUJITSU creen Saver ?

I have not heard of anyone using the silicon rubbing for the keyboard on Fujitsu model. Rather, most of the Fujitsu model does not really come in white keyboard.

I guess I am pretty lucky to mine everything black. Will check around to see if there is such thing similar to Apple one!
