If you are doing extreme things that takes up the processor power, then it is normal that it buzz.

dump vista... i tried running x64 vista business on my notebook w 4GB ram and its still slow.
went back to x64 XP Pro

since it is <1 yr then make full use of e warranty

Well, sometimes doesn't mean your laptop is less than a year it wouldn't spoil. Things like hardware is magical. It doesn't follow the old rule of failing after X number of years. ^^
