I will support TS if the shop never return him/her the items or swapped the parts purchased, since the case was resolved as per my understanding reading the essay....

I can only profile TS as enraged buyer bend on revenging the shop by playing victim....and one stop from forming a mob to burn the shop down..... i'm just giving a different perspective we are in a democratic country rite ? can i ?

Nice CSB, essential items missing, come to HWZ post his bad experience= playing victim.

AFAIK, when you have things that's stolen from you, even if they were subsequently returned, doesn't mean you weren't a victim of theft.

Update:

A staff whom had served me on the day of purchase had given me a call and apologised. He told me his boss had saw this thread and had asked him to call me.

I had also told him my intentions are to raise awareness of the service standards of Fuwell had dropped and the purchasing experience is far from great. He acknowledges the issue and agreed that the Sales staff could had handled it better.

At least the management of Fuwell took responsibilities and apologised. Let’s hope they could improve on the staff customer service standards after this incident.

Ok case closed. Glad that they call and apologies.
