Galaxy Note 5 sleeping issue

Do you guys who owned a Galaxy Note 5, does it had the sleeping issue

Is it so far only the black 64gb version have this sleeping issue? This is so weird. My battery life so far so good. I really like the device thats why i bought it. But the sleeping issue is not acceptable at all to me. And i have 5 time phone restart itself for no reason... 2 times when unlock the phone, and it freeze for few second then phone restart. Another 3 times is just normal operate and open app only...

And everyday i have at least 2 times phone freeze when unlock the phone only.... for few second or longer.

Anyone tried reflashing, maybe something gone haywire after OTA update? Can try Smart Switch PC, it will auto download the latest & flash, machiam Odin. For test, dun restore anything after flash.

No use. I tried that already with the latest update and setup as new device no restore anything except just google account only..... first I thought problem solved as no unlock freeze for the 1.5 day but it come bck for no reason and no sign. I dont think its apps problem, very obvious its samsung hardware or software problem... but so weird not everyone get it. I will one of the unlucky one :(.

Not sure they are aware or not. I already email them the issue i have and as usual they replied with standard answer ask you to do factory reset and if not work then visit their service center.... its so funny as its a new phone and the best phone in the world and they just tell people to reset reset reset. I mean reset what? Its a damn new phone! Haha.

Yeah, but thats enough to piss me off. I cant believe paid for such premium price and everyday need to worry abt phone freeze and auto restart sometime. And need to reset my phone all the time? Its ridiculous... Im samsung user since first galaxy phone, never have anything like this before. The last sammy phone i love is note 2 and after that jump ship to other brand. Then recently fall in love with sammy note5 again but why sammy want to kill me now. Haha. So sad. Anyway, will send it back to sc and hope they can resolve the issue. Will post here if have any update. Thanks.

Then u also give them standard answer, reset already but still same. Although sometimes have to really reset to solve the issue, beat going down and all they do is reset haha. But really, it's not just you having this issue so think they really should sit up and look at this. I believe there's more people but they dun use HWZ, probably they also dun turn on their phone often and just deal with it until much later when they can't tahan anymore.
