i just disable the camera quick launch, and will monitor it.

i disabled s voice, and the frequency was reduced to like 1-2 times per week, now disable camera quick launch and see will it still occur or not

Under the CASE lemon Laws, Samsung is obligated to resolve it.

If there is enough complains, there are chances Samsung may even recall back all the 'defective' N5.

But at most, it will help to force them to spend more time and effort to come out a patch to resolve this bug soonest.

I think as long as the phone is reasonably usable and Samsung is doing something to resolve it, they probably are not required by Law to compensate. I think Lemon Law only apply when the product is completely KO upon purchased? not too sure though.

We have a lot of users facing this problem . If CASE come into the picture, Samsung will likely to commit more manpower to resolve this issue.

Another ways is to make noise loud enough for our newspaper to write about it.

Else they will likely to take their time in resolving it.

Yup. I think mine is gone as well either that or i missed it. I just replied to someone with the link here and screenshot it, now i will monitor to see. Only way i will be appeased if Samsung give me the next 2 Notes FOC
