Last time i asked, they replied hard reset, software update... blah blah blah... now they say will look into it... really hope so.. this is what i posted on sammy page and their replied.

LoL, that the very same template that they used to reply everyone that mentioned this issue to them. "Looking into it"
and the Replied that I've received from sending them direct mail :

Upon evaluation, the service technician will advise accordingly on the resolution. We seek your patience and understanding in this matter.
