Ziklag Fitness
So I visited Ziklag Fitness on the recommendation of the good bros from H&F. When I went there, I was planning to just consult on my adductors that were preventing me from squatting. But in the end after talking to Aldrin I decided to just open the can of worms to all the problems that I was facing with my body.
Basically almost every moving joint on my body has a problem.
The treatment was a session with Aldrin doing his ART on my shoulders. He used some terms that I couldn't catch. Basically it's in a pretty bad shape.
Then he accessed my legs and it has the same problem as my shoulders.
After that I was given a deep tissue massage that hurt like hell. The guy (Chee Chong) who was giving the massage said that I'm pretty much damaged all over. Throughout the session I was in pain and my mind was pretty focused on not screaming too much in pain. At the end of it, the conclusion is that my body was tight, there are plenty of toxins in it, and I should detox. Enhance my liver function.
Maybe it is a thing after the deep tissue, when I saw my back, there were these deep red marks. It's probably an indication of how bad my health is.
After all that, another guy give me this head to toe stretching program. The whole program takes about 30-40 mins.
All in all the whole experience was relatively new to me. I don't quite know how I should feel after getting all that. But I can generally conclude that after having the massage, I did feel less tight, more mobile than before I had it.
As I am writing this post, it's a day after the session. When I woke up, my shoulders were aching. I don't know what it means though. Usually in the morning my back will be really tight. To the point where I can't bend over to put my shoes on. But this morning it was feeling better.
This could all be the immediate effect after this sort of treatment. It probably means that I might have to go back for a couple more times. They recommended me to go for a scan which I will to get to the root of the problem. Might even have to go for surgery if it's really bad. So we'll see.
