Didn't have a spotter today but still managed to get the bench press! Surprised myself.

The deadlifts are getting tougher and I'm still unable to squat!

It's insane that my row is heavier than my bench. Lol.

But the weight on the row is compromising the form for it. I might want to just deload and see what happens.

The End

I started with this 5x5 program since 10 Aug and I'm going to end on 11 Nov. That is about 14 weeks, 2 more than the prescribed.

Time to do a summary.

So I started with these stats
Squats 166lbs or 75kg
Bench Press 199lbs or 90kg
Deadlift 232lbs or 105kg

And now I'm at
Squats 182.5lbs or 82kg (The last time I squatted was on the 16 Sept and subsequently stopped because of a pull)
Bench Press 160.5lbs or 72kg
Deadlift 275lbs or 124kg
Bentover Row 160lbs or 72kg
Overhead Press 105.5lbs 47kg

Don't know why my bench didn't improve, in fact it didn't even hit my past PB.

Body-wise, I don't see much of a difference from before. I didn't clean up my diet while on the program so I don't expect any miraculous change in my body. At the very least I didn't shrink and still manage to maintain the mass.

Going forward, I'm looking to take a break from SL5x5 and do some other split. I'm still not sure yet because I still want to gain more strength. What do you guys think?

One of the most important aspects in Strength training, is the form.

Executing the right form for each lift will insure the greatest strength gain.

Will you be able to post videos of your lifts? :o

this might be stating the obvious - but have you managed to treat the pain that is preventing you from squatting? This seems to be the biggest challenge to your workout at this point.

Yeah I think so too. But I don't know who to look for. Chiropractor or physiotherapist?

Don't know who to look for? Really? This isn't your first day here at H&F right? LOL.

Hint: It starts with Al, and ends with Drin. :)

I really think you should not end here:
What To Do After 12 Weeks Of StrongLifts 5x5 StrongLifts

Only after you milked everything out of StrongLifts 1x5 should you switch to next program inside the StrongLifts Ladder of Strength: Madcow 5x5. If you switch before this, you will make slower strength and muscle gains because you'll lose the advantage of adding weight every workout.

The choice is yours though.

But I'm sure at my current stats, I doubt I'm done with 5x5 yet.

Hey. Mind sharing what did he do and did it alleviate the pain after the session?
