The will of the people should not be redraw easily agree? If the last election results is one only won less than 55% then the boundaries should not be redraw. The smc or grc should retain for next GE challenge agree?

Example1

Ridout SMC result for last election is 53% vs 45% for 2 way fight.

As such due insufficient mandate for boundaries redraw which is at least 55% to meet, the SMC boundaries shall remain for next GE.

Example2

Ridout GRC result for last election is 60% vs 35% for 2 way fight.

Due overwhelming mandate of over 55%. The GRC boundaries can be redraw for next GE.

By maintaining such mandate percentage, it will ensure fairness for GE challenges.

Redraw of boundaries can only happen when there's overwhelming mandate which is above 55%
Who wants to lose? Pap is out for a clear win. They don't care about fairness

Aiya, convert ALL to SMCs. 97 seats, minimal 1/4 of each contesting party candidates must be minority, where they compete, ont know, dont care. Anyway, President Tharman won, so if gd candidate, means good. Every candidate, gd candidate.

So no need leow EBRC time/money. The minority candidates(win/lose) gets prioirty, just need to grab 3-4 constituency to form a (max total 4) GRC with a majority lor. Super transparent. i.e. we know if a losing candidate, if standalone, but kena carried into parliament. isnt that DEI, bcos of inclusion, can get in, simi meritocracy? Then no need simi alliance so troublesome.

They can suka kick Chai Chee into Aljunied, East Coast, MP, up to them lah.

If they Donnoe which area or which block majority not voting to PAP, I chop my head let u all sit.

Every time craft so nice one
Actually I thought our vote is secret
But why they can cut until so precise

Actually, all the political parties that participated in the GE will know that as a fact.

Upon conclusion of the GE, the political parties will know the voting result of each polling district like which district voted for who.

When they say your vote is secret, it only means the individual's vote is secret.

With this info, the political parties can strategise based on which polling districts are safe spots for them, which polling districts are shaky, and which polling districts are no hope.
