the foreign interference, once all parties came out and say they reject it and put out statements, its hard to continue this line of attack liao

thus SM lee tried saying the delayed timing, but the statements came out the next day, so you also cannot say delayed because 1 day is a very reasonable timing

It is very effective. Is it as effective as before ? Maybe not.

But they won't do things that are not effective. For them to pull such stunts again, it shows the effectiveness. They have teams gathering data and all the data before calling elections

The last time PAP lost big was in 1991 when a non lee became PM and ran his first elections

You can argue 2011 and 2020 but as well but iirc 1991 was a 1-4 opposition while 2011 was a 1-6 and 2020 was a 6-10. 1-4 is still most impactful as it was the first time ever.

Now there is a chance for much bigger losses and there is less loyalty to existing team as opposed to previously
