Reading psp manifesto, you can see they actually care about reversing our falling tfr.

he doesnt need to win to continue to be ncmp... i dont think he needs that 13k either

so i think challenging a PAP stronghold is a good surrogate marker that indicates how well or badly PAP is doing their job.

My relatives live in Jurong. Like you said also, they have never seen Shawn around, when he got parachuted in 2020. They also have never seen die yao quan. It was end of last year when shawn made a first and last visit to their estate and left them with insults. Overall, having Shawn is as good as not having any mp. This is how my relatives felt.

I guess Shawn made his first visit knowing that the election will take place the following year
