To me core principal of Singaporeans first is important.hence I see the value of existence of psp unlike WP who is more supportive of foreign influx

I would hope they continue their existence to fight for equality for Singaporeans in long run

Nationalist is a good thing, it's pride to belong to the country. But there's the extreme end, radical. So dont go extreme. Haha

But majority of the voters dont seem to care about bigger issues or concerns......they looking more into personal gains, freebies, amenities that benefit them....they dont see long term....they dont think of future gen.....most of them are like what can they enjoy right now....cannot get? then cannot get their vote. Very practical, pragmatic....self-gratifying...self-righteous....self-centered....

So how to work around all these.... could be a way...need to brainstorm.

PSP could consider having a talk with Jeremy Tan and Daryl Lo. No harm doing it even if nothing materialise. PSP should explore as much possibility as possible.

Nationalist is a good thing, it's pride to belong to the country. But there's the extreme end, radical. So dont go extreme. Haha

It is human nature lah....Once all these material needs are met, they will move on to higher level stuff.

PSP is such a well established opposition party, only second to Workers’ Party. Unlikely they will let PSP crumble. The foundation is too strong. If just like that no more already, it would be too wasted already.

I am confident PSP may have the support that it needs to re-enter parliament. Unlikely they would want only one opposition party in the parliament.

So, hold on to the PSP otter mascot, PSP umbrella, PSP t-shirt and/or PSP tote bag if you have any of the PSP merchandises.

There’s really a chance that PSP may east mountain rise again - literally. Let’s see about that.

i hope it is a cycle. GE2015 wasn't good due to SG50 and LKY effect.

5 years later, WP captured Sengkang and PSP almost won West Coast.

5 years later GE2025, PAP improved its results, WP unable to capture more GRC or SMCs, a year of SG60 and a year of economic uncertain. PSP results worst than GE2020.

Come back stronger in 2030, its a cycle.

PSP can consider recruiting candidates like TCJ, Inderjit Singh, Louis Ng, LHY, Li Shengwu

I believe one of the reasons why PSP did well in GE2020 is because of LHY walking the ground with them and openly supporting them in SG

i remember people mentioned TCB endorsed Tan Kin Lian for president in 2023, which is also seemed as a bad move.

It may be part of the plan.

West may be too important to go to opposition.

East got at least one possible opening.

In the past, it was SPP and WP. For a long time.

Then, it was only WP.

Then, 好不容易的, got PSP and WP. Currently only 5 years.

Unlikely haven’t generate MP, 就 stop at NCMP stage.

There’s really a chance. If any eastern SMC has a by-election, that would be PSP’s chance to re-enter parliament.

And no need wait 5 years. Maybe within the next 1 year it may happen already.

They focused on the wrong issues and are out of touch with the people.

I am confident PSP will disappear unless it can reinvent itself.
