Voters didn't ask for a DPM to be there, so the onus is not on them if the team didn't get voted in. It's on LW who decided on the movement of his ministers. It was a gamble, & it worked due to fearmongering. But most prolly GKY won't be there for another term as he wanna retire.

Punggol voters lost a very good tanker/representative in Harpreet Singh instead. He had made it in life as a SC with his own legal firm. Could have sat back & enjoy life with the $$$ earned, yet he chose to step up & be scrutinized by the public, to speak up for the common man
