It is not bad w high div paying, seemed nt too bad a price to get in too…..

but i thk uK covid situatn is still a qn mark to me
Isnt cromwell europe focused too similar p/e like your suggested reit but i thk higher RoE%?

Looking at market depth and also few reports, it seems that BBs are exiting the Reits while retail investors are entering.

nvm it is old - but i strongly believe so it is true : "MotleyFool named two REITs in 2019 may have high yields but their distributions do not look sustainable *by today"
