was so disappted it didnt even gav divs in 1st H (usu Feb), nt evn a small amt, its perfce in mkt pr is lacklustre too
it s unable to breakthru its dec2020 price despite of so many gd news & it is more of China-based

I think vaccination is the game changer, difference between last year STI crash and this time hardly any fall. It is just a matter of time the entire population will be vaccinated and then we will have to just learn to live with the variants and hopefully the virus becomes just like flu.

MINT XD,XR today, but the drop is more than the quantum of XD (2.11-2.31 cents).

Xd only affects the opening share price. Xr shouldnt affect share price directly.

I'm holding starhill, though not like the bro who holds million shares... Not sure how u classified as lousy. During a bad year like 2020, my dividend yield is 3.6%, which is better than my STI ETF and Keppel DC. During good years, when my ave was higher around 0.7, dividend yield was about 6.x%.

i believe in holdg LT too but but lookg @ the Star: 3% dpu is a joke for reits items
fr Jun 2020 peak! till now it wasnt able to set New high & maintained it

fr mid 2019 , it wasnt able to prove itself beyond too!!!!
