the keywd here is “dont add”!! 1 classic gd eg? Po of MLt: even though price of MLt is upped, now nearly all reits r resumed back to normal​

Reit distributions to fund your retirement may be less than what you anticipate:
Some S-Reits have also been active in raising money from investors via rights issues and preferential offerings — which is not factored into dividend yield calculations.
Taken to the extreme, a handful of S-Reits have even paid out less in total distributions to unitholders than the total amount they have raised from unitholders — even though they show positive dividends yields and total annual returns figures.

Shopping can be done anytime! If i got that spare money now to shop?? I will immed rush and go buy other val-4-$ reits… it will never b an mLt again

but never at a pO which is not at all preferential treatmt…. Many chiong ah,
Cheong cheong chiong to buy at the Po price as if it s foc and damned good pricing at the po

I think because you don't understand what are the dividend investors thinking. That's why you catch no ball.
For me Dividend investor, PO I will chiong to buy. :LOL:

As an investor, all should know that, nothing stick up there ! surprising to read that" it is no longer good cos every day prices moves"

Unless someone can pry it out of cold dead hands hahaha. Gonna be part of my dividend engine. Who sells one? I really wonder. Who trades FCT... its swing so little... want to trade go US market for the crazy swings..
