Endowus has only 1 apac reit fund. UOB APAC REIT income fund.
The performance is quite bad. Down 20% in 1yr, it is now close to its Covid low.
Is this because fund managers are bad or REITs have not done well?

Told u Singapore bosses ** one la. Prefer you to mass o in office. Lately I attend 1 event. Purposely packed us shoulder to shoulder. Freaking uncomfortable unless beside you is a chio bu. If beside you is a lao bu or some stinker, you really sian 1/2. Lucky my left is a chio milf, right is a lao charbo. I had to lean myself all the way to the left and avoid my right. I really cannot imagine if 2 x 90kg charbo sandwich me like a piece of meat. Knn! I told the organiser, next time no money call me la. I introduce my friends give them discount for venues. No need pack us like sardine. I would say most mnc all aiming for hybrid. Some singapore bosses is machiam like china. If possible, they hope u can eat, sleep, ****, attempt pregnancy in office

Most MNCs are hybrid cos this is the practice in their HQ office. So it is implemented globally with some tweets when it comes down to the regional or local office. Just a different level hybrid.

For local companies where the bosses pay your salary out of their pockets, yes, they want to see you physically in the office.

Industrial space generally cannot WFH unless business parks.

In Singapore context, since country is small I personally prefer to go to office to work rather than WFH.

Once you leave office, means official knock off whereas WFH is quite grey and bosses may expect you to reply to emails after official working hours and weekends?

Agree. Now I mc also work. Unless probably faint already then stop work. 😆! The WFH thing means if u never kana anything more serious than Covid, u can work.
However something I don’t like is those idiots keep requesting for meetings like u r on virtual. Like lunch meeting at MBS. Then expect you to appear in International business park. Then after that go back to Marina Bay financial centre. 😆!

US boss got problem getting their staffs back to office, many still prefer WFH. Asia working style is different, boss want to see us working. :LOL:

Long term WFH trend may have negative impact on the society....lack of social skills for eg. Zoom meeting is just so different. (feels "cold")

Zoom meeting good for overseas clients/partners etc which may have an impact on hotels and airlines in the long run.

U.S based Reits are falling like flies.
Why so?
Manulife(This we know), KepOaks, Prime, Utd Hampshire are falling like dead flies.
