Dun panic and sell. Den it become buy high sell low.

If no balls, just stay calm and hold and collect dividend in the meantime

This Reit used to be yo-yo up and down. Maybe I will offload some when it reach my breakeven price and buy back when price goes down.

Bought pre-covid and still in red.

anybody waiting/received Sasseur(CRPU) dividends? today is expected date for div payout right?

Mine not received yet. Not going to lose an arm or leg by waiting till of day.

Boss watching. Working first more important.

I dun understand why they are dropping like flies ..

Their loans are from mid-tier banks prone to collapse? If so, what's going to happen? If the bank financing the loan goes into receivership, it will simply be taken over by bridge bank arranged by FDIC?

What they have mentioned is already priced in for past 2 years;

US workers WFH rate is low: already priced in since covid recovery started

Interest rate: Already priced in start of last year when Fed start to increase rate. In fact in the latest FOMC meeting, the rate increase words is no longer there so we are near the peak of interest rate hike

Only recently, SVB and Signature bank crisis den the US reits drop again. I’m not sure why? Because market price in that it will be difficult to get refinancing?

actually is just my HSBC side still uncredited =.= not sure what's the delay zz
