sick of paying Syfe Reit close to $10 every month and yet they are not performing...

is there another shares that is peg to SREITS?
You have quite a lot with them to be paying close to $10 a month. How do you gauge performing? SReits are not capital growth stocks, your "performance" is the dividends which you get in form of additional units due to the reinvestment, unless u opt for cash-out. That should be in the range of 4-5% pa. If your objective is capital growth, then you are probably better off investing in something else, not SReits (although it is of course also possible to have capital growth, but that's not the focus of reits).

My add on take is pay close to $10 means the amount is quite big. Why not target specific REIT stock instead? Yes it require more research, yes it is more risky but all investment come with risk. Capital growth is normally not associated with REIT stock IMHO. Slow growth over many years should be norm, their selling point is dividends.

On a separate thought the monies take to buy the local 3 bank stocks may fare much better especially since his capital is a lot.

My own take is SGX listed ETF minimum lot is now only 1. Perhaps you go and use one broker ownself DIY maybe cheaper than ask Syfe do on your behalf who take a fee from you which you not happy?

What I mean is if you want a basket of SG REIT kind there is CLR SRT or Asia you got CFA. These are ETF which is a basket of REIT stock. Some are now trading below their NAV which means you will be buying at a discount. This is assume you want the concept of a basket of SG REIT stock.
