REIT prices have basically flatlined. I bought FLCT at $0.91 two weeks ago, now still same price. Like that, I think investors are thinking there is no hurry to buy REITs. Might as well buy some US stocks, take profits, and reinvest profits in SG REITs later.

if you have REIT with SRS and they have rights issue and you got no extra SRS money to take up the rights issue/apply for excess you will lose out?
