I bought Far East Hospitality Trust @ 0.565 to add to my current holding. My average cost is $0.55 just hold and collect decent dividend and see if the REIT will sell any of its assets.

FLCT's price today is 0.980, looks pretty stable, so not buying more. Waiting for it to hit $1.00 :cool:

FLCT just hit $1 even though XD $0.03 a few weeks ago.

This means this month I can enjoy capital gain and seeing dividends flow into my bank account.
Congrats to all those who buy under $1 and kept calm and collected dividend! :cool:

got some funds but don't even know what REITs to go into. Alr have CICT, CLAR, FCT, KDC and Parkway. like no other quality REITs worth getting into liao.
