Sigh.. two days green and one day to go all the way down again..
If you play US stocks recently it is similar. So all are part and parcel of investing need to get used to it else maybe other investment instruments suit you better?

I was viewing it from moo moo.. thats weird then.. either one of moo moo or yahoo finance is wrong..
I just just checked against sgx.. but it only show up to recent 5 years.
Got this from AI:

Moomoo defaults to a Backward Adjusted Price (subtracting past dividend payouts from the history so technical analysis trends look smooth).

If you want Moomoo to match SGX, open the CFA chart on Moomoo, go to Chart Settings / Preferences, and change the price type from "Backward Adjusted" to "Unadjusted".

For my case those reit etf like CFA CLR SRT GRN are not doing as well as my own individual reit stocks. Maybe like they say individual reit stock picking come with high win high loss versus etf

well, CFA contains sampan reits... what to do?

that why i also buy CICT, Mapletree Commercial, Starhill Global, and more recently Parkway Life and Frasers Commercial... though some may also say my individual picks also have sampan reit(s)...
