good that sg dun have. else alot of innocent people kana

If there is, at least will be under SIP. Mreits are quite straightforward, only thing is the parameters to consider would be interest rates and default rates rather than a physical reit's NAV and gearing.

I bought at 30 % premium. Avg around 2.30 wanted to add at $2 but didn't happen haha. Happy to see it bounce up again

There are ppl who buy 7-8yr ago siting at 16%.. While we are looking 5-6%.
Cannot compare :)
Maybe next time people also admire us

Looking at the chart it was almost at $1 but I guess XD will dip back down 0.92

High possibility.....

They are redeveloping 2 properties, so DPU will dip in the next quarter. Furthermore, Fed might raise rates in June...

The Bank of England cuts growth outlook, policymaker drops rate hike call
Reuters - an hour ago
LONDON - The Bank of England cut its economic growth forecasts on Thursday due to a darker global outlook, and the lone policymaker who had backed a rate rise in recent months unexpectedly abandoned this position.

Wait til 1.10.. 1.12 then scoop loh by then safer. First reit is more volatile than LMIR in terms of price. But dpu is always growing for FR. LMIR dpu abit varied dancing around 10%..10.5%

I also waiting singpost, GLP.
Market if really collapse, raffles medical
