Could any experts weigh in on whether the REITs could be overvalued at the current prices which could lead to low yields?![]()
Not a expert.
Overvalue = low yield
1. Look at DPU, is it increasing or decreasing (dividend.sg may varies)
2. Look at the price movement, up or down (chart)
3. Pick which REITs DPU is stable and price is down.
4. Then wait for the best price to enter.
(don't pick lousy one like Lippo, First reit etc)
(if the REITs you pick is good but price up, wait for correction)
