This coming quarter will be good, based on history. Well done. :D

Thanks DW for the blessings. Capital gains would be bonus, but passive income is my goal.

Doing this so that when i start a family with my missus, we could have an easy life (hopefully).

Anyone vested in Soilbuild REIT? I scooped up a couple of lots recently at 0.74 - 0.75.

Property Noob

Hi,

Since we are at the context of REITS, wonder can anyone guide me on how to calculate RNAV? in the most simplest context? Analyst apply discounts to the revalue no. and how did they arrive with such percentage i totally have no idea.

Also, property has different type of yield to look at, Yield to Cost, Yield to Valuation, Property Yield vs Dividend Yield... they are different but can anyone please explain this to me... I'm a total noob :(
