FCT broke $2. If close above, breaks 52 week high, tmr should huat. Silently on uptrend.

this jan good period to trade reits, those who buy in last year can cash out.
last jan wasn't so optimistic.
BB building prices upwards.
those who greedy for CD, before careful after CNY...

Sold part of AIMS at 1.47. Trimming reits all the way till interest rate rises.

wait and see how is the market going to react.
might be good to set price alert on your platform to see if there is a sell down on reits again.

exactly :) So no point guess when and how much. Worrying is counterproductive. Time is better spent pro actively doing something about it :)

I went for that last year (and blogged about it) though I suspect they might be quite the "same".

yup, they are the same.

again the common faces asked about why rent psf for changi city point is lower and compared to CWP and NP.
one even proposed the possibility of doing AEI for anchor point which don't really make sense considering the small area the place is in.

with all the questions being asked, i think i kinda forget asking about the taxation issue for hakka reit though it owned a portion of this reit, to as whether will they be taxed for their 37.1% holding of this reit as it is considered as foreign income derived from overseas.
