This promotion is open to all Genting Rewards members with sufficient Genting Points.
Promotional rates for Resort Hotel are applicable for Genting Rewards Silver and above membership only.
The period of stay is applicable from Mondays to Sundays and subject to room availability.
Room reservation is on first come, first served basis and does not include breakfast.
Members must present Genting Rewards card for on-site reservation. Reservation on behalf is not allowed.
Confirmed room reservation(s) is non-transferable and any amendment, cancellation, refund or extension is strictly prohibited.
There is no limitation on the number of room purchase.
Room purchased at the Travel Malaysia Fair cannot be used for same day check-in.
Room(s) will only be held until 6pm on the day of check-in. If you wish to request for a late check-in, kindly contact Reservation Hotline at +603-2718 1118. Otherwise, the room reservation(s) will be cancelled and there will be no refund of Genting Points.
For room check-in, Genting Rewards members must be present at the check-in counter and produce the room confirmation slip. Check-in on behalf is not allowed.
Genting Malaysia Berhad reserves the right to alter, amend, omit, add or withdraw any of the stipulated entitlements/benefits, terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.
Effective 01.09.2017, all international tourists (non-Malaysians) will be charged a Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night in accordance with the Tourism Tax Act 2017. This tax will be collected upon check-in.
