juz enquire resort hotel w local tour agency w bus. The staff say need silver card to book.

anyone been to resort hotel recently? they using kiosk to check in too rite?

got check card at check in? wanna at least check in 1st let my kids rest while I go q up for the card.

read from the abv post go terrace cafe to renew card may I know which hotel is terrace cafe?

b4 covid already kiosk already in place
of cos can opt to counter check in
long time no stay resort so not sure.......but many years back cfm use passport check in enough as long got booking confirmation

yesterday reach sg check pt 730pm

no q at all for human clearance

but waited custom to check bus till almost 9pm

CIQ got tips or iszit a norm now? hmmmmmmmmmmm

need bro/sis to cfm on theor return trip

My return on Sunday also waited close to an hour for the bus at Singapore customs. There's long jam at the Malaysian customs too, but clearing the customs there is fast.

I'm more thinking their xray machine may be down for maintenance. Manual check slows down the process.

Is there cash game poker running at sky casino now? If there is where is it located?

(just found the answer to my question. Cash game is located in the platinum room, just need to inform counter at level 3 that u going to poker room n they w let u in)

Genting where can get free Wifi ah? Last time would hang around resort hotel downstairs the coffee bean, but tiagong closed down already

there are wifi available in some restaurants like the bakery at grand htl and nonyacolours at skyavenue.

they use passport at ikiosk for chkin. special request like near lift high flr no smoking chkin at counter. gave counter mbr card but unsure what they use it for.

Anyone encountered error when booking hotel via genting app?
when I want to make payment, a pop up error message indicating that I can’t utilize my genting points although my payment mode is cash instead of genting points.

You had booked more days you are allowed to.
It is system limitation, you can still booked same dates using phone booking using GP.

Actually I plan to book using cash instead of GP and only for 2 nights. But system seems to detect that I want to use GP.

Could it be because there are no points under my member card and they don’t allow any booking even though I opt for cash booking? I just want to book via the app to enjoy the discounted price.
