the new look web site damn hard to login damn..........

Logging in was ok for me.

But the booking site looks like still got some bugs.

When you search, you may that you need to pay for the room. But after selecting the room, then you see that the room is free.

Also, if you choose not to complete your booking and remove it from your cart, there is no way to go 'back'.

The page design looks nice but the UI is terrible. I seen better designs from interns.

Have you tried carting out? Mine showing need to pay money despite the overview showing RM0.

Mine just reflect failed transaction and need to call despite showing free at cart out.

I made a successful booking last nite for FWH for Feb stay.

It was free.

even the monte carlo section also gone. looks like they want u togo to skycasino. but maxims and grandhotel so convenient togo to old one.

Their website already indicate discontinuation of GoldPlus. You may want to check with your host your actual tier now.

host came back to me saying i m upgraded to platinum. wow just when i am quite tied up this year. sigh. i will probably try to enjoy as much as i can if i can even go up there..

The biggest difference is that you are assigned a host who will assist you to make your stay enjoyable and entice you to play more.

You get Guaranteed Room for reservation made 72 hours in advance via Host and Complimentary room upgrade (subject to availability)

You get Complimentary residency show tickets (per show) and Complimentary Golf rounds at Awana 6 times a year.

You get Exclusive invitation to pre-sales and Personal shopper experience (arrange through host)

You get Priority reservations for premium view, Access to private dining rooms, Exclusive Chef's Table seating and Exclusive invitation to private dining events.

if u reside in kl ok la just drive up. spore..lay cheh.

Same with me....had to go via my host. But she told me March allocation not out yet tho i told her online i can see those "0 GP" slots in March.

I gave up and booked on Feb instead.

Received SMS that I am entitled free two way limo, 2k RM reward (hopefully NN chip or slot credits).

So no more Maxim Silver Club? Or just reduced the space for Silver?

I guess like Credit Card, Gold will be the 'new' Silver. Maybe they expect more Gold members with the lower TP requirement next year and hence expanded the space?

The only silver area left is skycasino silver club. The Maxims Silver becomes Maxims Gold Club (Upper).

There should be free NN. You have to check when you are there at the ikiosk machine though.
