Just went last wk with my wife. I received email for jan-june. Then I went counter ask how to collect. E staff told me if received email,then need go kiosk print out then go counter take. If received sms,use SMS go counter take can already. For Jan,birthday month ,they give me 300nn credit n 200 travel,after that all only 200 travel only. My wife never received any email or sms,but when she go kiosk check,she also have 200.
I received an email regarding the travel subsidy as well for RM500. It says redeem from cashier , so I need to go kiosk to print it as well? Is there a daily limit for ppl claiming travel subsidy ? or anytime go kiosk sure can get ?

If hit jackpot, those wear black jacket will come and verify with u then keep writing n writing. Then they will see how u want to take the money, keep part of it in genting card or what. If u are gold n below, surprisingly they will ask if u ever playing in platinum or Crockford club before or not. They upgrade u to platinum for free hahaha.

I’ve not go uphill for almost a year . Need to go up next month to clock some TP and show show face if not no more room lobang in future . 😂

Just redeem directly from the cashier. No voucher is needed.

I'm writing to my host to complain.

Update: host is nonchalant about the issue, brushing off with unknown internal criteria settings by their promotion teams.
I think for my case because I’ve not been going for almost a year so using the RM500 to lure me there . For u different mah, u go so frequently so they know whether give u or not u will go .. lol .. I think. .

For me I’m doing more cruises these days with RWC. Much easier and less tedious in terms of traveling. Only thing is everything in SGD onboard but doesn’t really matter to me most importantly can win and onboard the service much better for me as I got host but Genting I don’t have lor .🥲

He responded earlier that I am not entitled to host this year. Yes, 3 months into the new year then update on the status. Crappy.

You are right on the importance of winning since they already prepare to remove all benefits while asking us to try maintain the tier. Nothing is encouraging except for true winnings.

The host doesn't help much most of the time anyway. I receive better service calling the hotline instead for faster concert tickets reservation. 😂😂😂
