When I dont get the email on transport subsidy, I just go to the cashier and check, and I got it.
Subsequent months, I get the emails.

But only at vip right? I checked at level 1 before. After I got it for my birthday month. They said check at the machine and print out the ticket if have. Of course machine say don’t have lol

Stated in email, collect the cash at VIP cashier at Genting Club, or SkyCasino Level 3 cashier

I go to the cashier empty handed, just pass my gold card to the cashier, and said "Travel Subsidy", then they check system, and pass me the cash.

If I don't received the email, I go ask "Any travel subsidy for me?"
I had asked this question twice in 2024, as I did not received the email in March and May.
Both time, they give me the subsidies.

Once Gold, forever gold until card replaced, even replaced, perhaps even retain gold,
Silver never downgrade to Red for Singaporean.

If you never hit 300 TP every year, you wont get VIP bonus.
Silver is bare minimum for Singaporean citizen, you dont even need to hit 100TP.

Genting Regulars aimed to be VVIP to enjoy more.
Just need to visit regularly, and hit 100TP in one day (0000-2359hrs), this feat just once or twice per year, preferably beginning of the year.

Let me try. Coz mine went gold from silver just by replacing card after the card got expired but very minimal usage.

Will feedback if retained or drop to silver when the time comes.

Did not receive any travel subsidy for Oct-Dec 2024, probably because I have not hit the min 300TP for gold. Will try to hit it before 2024 ends

i think to avoid envying eyes at the kiosk you are supposed to go straight to counter to collect.

Wah first time I managed to book free room for highland hotel next year, though on weekdays. Normally is free fwh or resort hotel

PS: currently gold member but only clocked 130 TP, probably will downgrade to silver after dec 31

If not, for the Malaysia hotline you guys called, do you think we can get a free room if we call in on the day itself? (Cause unable to confirm itinerary so have to last minute call in - usually last minute the app all sold out as well)
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

Room is confirm have if you don't mind something like FWH Standard.

Each hotel had separate booking quota for each of walk-in (+phone booking), tour agencies, VIP casino junkets, online booking... when online shown fully booked, it does NOT really meant ZERO rooms, its only meant booking quota full for JUST online booking.

Ultra rich Asian tourists dont book via mobile or web, they are mostly PC illiterate, probably use tour agencies or phone booking. This section probably allocated larger best premium room quota.

so just call malaysia hotline to check lor

does not matter u red card or blue card
important is how much u use ur card
