What the draw to HDL when you are Genting?
Most tourists will not travel to HDL just to eat there exclusively. There are many HDL branches in Msia and many parts of the world. Unless there are other attractions before or after the food, such as pub/taverns/sleazy joints for men party, shopping/massages for the family group.

When your F&B not located at the close vicinity of a popular tourist hotspot, u lose the affluent highrolling customers.

No tourist will travel outside the comfort zone to eat if it's a chore in travelling there, when there are tons of established Chinese restaurants such as DTF and Canton Paradise, within the check-in hotels if you dont drive.

Likely cannot, as members will need to swipe/scan their membership cards to pass through the gantries. If your "friend" is a Singaporean, it's a straight Silver upon application, and he or she can access Level 3 freely. If he/she could only be issued with a red card, then you will need to sign the person in.

Inside casino, Level 2 before the upward escalator to VIP level-3 gaming area, there are membership kiosk, instant card membership, scan passport port, filling Q/A qns 5-min, take photo, u get a new card.

I once left my card inside a slot machine at the Gold Club. Not hard to guess that I loss a lot that time huh!

Decided to use my Wifey's card to gain access, but was stopped by the guard. Not difficult to distinguish a man from a woman, obviously.

Wifey didn't know the exact location. No choice, but to spend 15 GP to make a new membership card instead. So... it is not advisable to use someone else's card, even though there is no ill intent. Just sharing.

I slotted in my wife gold card to play ETG at VIP gaming area. Accumulate 300+ TP in 2 visits. Originally she only had about 12TP.
She did not accompany me in my visits if no free concert tixs
She still does not received any special subsidy emails from RWG. But she able to book good rooms.

Play ETG for wife is ok ba, no jackpot payout. I heard its only a problem if you strike a jackpot but become unable to claim since attendant will come verify but cardholder not present?

Best try see the reward offer after 0001 hrs.
Usually I will mop up all the offered food vouchers, esp the 30TP 2-pax meal at Casino Restaurant, then see if there is other offers. Food vouchers higher demand.. the 6TP ones will be gone before 1pm most of the time.
Massage ones usually gone fast too, many high rollers like to redeem them.

I had one massage at M SPA this coming mid November, I redeem it with my October voucher.
Just scheduled it at later dates if you cant visit them in your current visit.

Oh I see, yesterday I only started playing at 12+pm then checked the kiosk at 4+pm nothing left to redeemed lol…

seems like very high in demand both the meals and massage voucher
