Hi all. I've made a booking for a deluxe room at FWH via the app for 12 Dec. Is it possible to either email or call them to ask whether superior deluxe might be available instead? Coz I didn't see superior deluxe being available in the app when I was booking. If possible, which email/number can I contact to check? Thanks all!

Wah... no FWH and RWGenting! Meaning: FWH, Crockfords, Genting Grand, Highland Hotel, Theme Park Hotel and Resort Hotel are all out! Tough choice.
Beside Awana, as mentioned by Oinkide, you may wanna consider Grand Ion Delemen (AKA Hotel In the Sky). Paiseh, I have not stayed there before. Can't share with you more.
From google... it's just approx 9 minutes drive away from RWGenting, and there is also complimentary shuttle service between Grand Ion Delemen and First World Hotel too.

I remembered few month back it was at level 1 next to Good Luck cafe.

Yes me too. Gold club is at level 3.
Sliver club at level 1 beside Good Luck cafe
May be refer to previous sliver club location.

Yes that’s what I thot too. I was referring to the other bro in a recent post who said the fight occurred at Silver club Level 3 mah.

There are only 3 places which are "temporarily" closed at RWGenting currently. ie: Swensen's, Olive and IL Lago. Of course, if HDL is ambitious, they can take over the previous Food Factory's location.
Genting Grand complex is still possible, if they intend to take over the previous Imperial Rama's place. As for out-door, I think it's out as it would be extremely trying to cross the street and brave the rain when it pours.

HaiDiLao said they will open the outlet at Antara Mall at Genting. Not sure where is that, but I assume is around mid-hill area
