i m not sure abt such huge caah but a cheque issued by genting shld allow it to be banked in msia. once i had a 40k chq fr genting and the bank accepted it. like i say, millions is a different story. i dont know.

They cannot issue bank draft? So it can be accepted anywhere?

Bank would not let you deposit this money into any account. Cannot take it into another country.

They can issue SGD cheque if your cash chips are valued above 10k SGD based on cashier exchange for the week.
