But in a statement late Thursday (Jul 25), Genting Malaysia Berhad said the parties had settled all disputes against each other.

Under the deal, the theme park - originally to be called Fox World - will be renamed and Genting will be allowed to use certain Fox intellectual properties, the casino operator said, without elaborating.

i think such machines have mulipliers which if player is lucky can win handsomely

Reached Genting at 1+ and it was raining damn heavily. Freaking shiok, hope can huat huat a bit and hope all bros here huat ah ^^

Indian Dreams considered old/last generation game liao - anyway, one of my all time favourites too. Nowadays, new generation games with more advanced stacking free/bonus games - are way more complicated than Indian Dreams and more addictive as well.

ya lor, is really cannot get any hotel in the main area then book this hotel one.

only my 2nd day then manage to grab a skyworld hotel, 6 bedder smmore.

even the coach also start to fill up fast liao

Yep it was settled a while back but personally felt that Genting got the short end of the stick lo. Having to rebrand the outdoor theme park from fox world to a generic "sky world" with elements of Fox IPs. There are rumours that the lawsuit stem from Disney (who acquired 20TH CF after the deal with Genting) being unwilling to associate itself or rather any of their brand with gambling.

Personally the completed Sky World feels like a far cry from the Fox World envisioned by Genting back in 2013, especially if one looks at the renderings from back in the day and considering it took nearly a decade for this project to be completed.

Used to get like 7-8 nights monthly before covid.. now is 0.. and if I’m correct they saying now is automated based on spending power.. but last 3 years can’t go also cant spend.. hahah

instead of generic i wld use home made like the several theme parks in china but i dont care n my kids who were young several yrs were telling me then they want to come n see this branded fox century fun house one day. and the story goes..

now big already one of them understood the reason n hope to come up to the mount on his own one day regardless fox or not.

the fox brand probably may attract more angmo people though.

but genting its cool n cold. to me the ambience beats our uss anytime.

but u know leaving the place with a branded tag is something visitors always cherish. skyworld? omg what is it!

Asking for my parents because they say the slot machine is calling them out.....
im not going with them this time round so want to check if its "safe" in places like yong peng or somewhere before KL the 15min toilet break. Only worry if the 治安 is ok for elder to travel or not..thanks thanks

Hmm that's weird, personally I got 3nites free this month (April). Actually yesterday while playing at the casino, one of the Rwgenting staff till asked if I am looking for free rooms next month. Apparently Genting is running a promotion, (check the sign they placed on the table games)

Yes and honestly the problem is not with Sky world but rather the price they are charging for the tickets (RM151 or SGD47) for soft opening tickets really is on the high side.

Personally this disjointed some fox some "generic" or to put it in a better word "in-house" rides just cause even more confusion. I would rather they either go all out with Fox IP or if that's not possible just go all generic.

No probs de, crime issue is blown out of proportion in My IMHO. Like any other country one just have to be weary of one's surroundings
