I saw a note on transtar website that Z-Club and Solitaire bus cannot go straight to genting, have to change to 44 seater bus at Genting Sempah R&R.

BTW, has the old casino completed it's renovation? Sky casino still has staff shortage problem?

If you try to buy a tix on SIN- Genting on Transtar website, and you click on Note in Solitaire or Zclub , you will see below (not for SVIP though)

SPAD (Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat) has issued an official notice that all double deck and high deck buses are not permitted to travel on highlands routes due to safety concerns.
**All passengers are required to change bus at Genting Sempah R&R (for arrival and departure), transfer service (44 seaters - free seating) arrange by Transtar Trave

Maybe dates not correct or you never play enough. I gold also but even got suites at genting grand...

In the past, my waifie gets suites @ Genting grand and she is not even Gold.

You could be right. Maybe it doesn’t depend on tier so much as to what one plays. Slot machine players tend to have better rewards?

Tbh I only play table, and my partner only plays slots. Both also gold, but only have the usual rooms at FWH only. Wanted to check if you all have host? Used to have, but seems like they don’t practise this anymore - the call centre was quite confused and told me that they are hosting a CNY dinner instead haha.

Recently found out from friend that Malaysians tend to have better perks. Think Genting sort of tweaked their policy after covid - think they realised can’t rely entirely on Sgreans.

but oh well, we’ll take whatever comes our way haha

Also just a head up for those who want to redeem their pts for meal vouchers. Take note that the vouchers for almost all outlets finish by early afternoon. And all you have left in the afternoon till at nite is the set meal redeemable at Pie in the sky. Problem is pie is the sky only opens at 10.30am and closes by 6.00pm so if you have redeemed the voucher you cannot use it out of these hours.

It’s all there in the fine print. But who reads the teeny weeny fine print details rite?

Goon Wah sucks big time. The food is ok ok but those servers can be rude and unhelpful. I prefer their next door neighbours Go Noodle House and Ah Yip

Anyone took Zclub up mountain recently ? Is that true ?

I went Dec for 3 days 2n, earn 180 gp n holding gold card, now they offer me first world deluxe. Last time before covid, they still got offer me Maxims. So now really don't know how they see

Not sure but I earned >500gp during my previous trip up. Last few months they offered me gg club suite already, this time first time offer me gg Premier suite

Goon Wah sucks big time. The food is ok ok but those servers can be rude and unhelpful. I prefer their next door neighbours Go Noodle House and Ah Yip

i always eat at highline bar street as more choice
