But also see play amount right? Like how much to you clocked a day/per trip. I clocked around 1k in my previous trip, only new thing they offered me is Highlands executive suite (also got genting grand club suite & premier suite). So was wondering whats the criteria for crockfords

In the past, at least 1k plus clocking per day. Don't know what is the criteria for now already.

will it affect my check in? Or any advise on how to go about updating my new passport details to avoid any unwanted hiccups upon check in

That's the trick to get you there. Even if you don't gamble much, eating/drinking/shopping will bring them money.

Yes I stay both before. Premier suite got door to close for bedroom. Club suite is just living room & bedroom tgt.

Smaller in size compared to GG's suite. However, the room has a bathtub and bathroom with steam bath. I personally prefer the executive room over GG's suite.

My last visit, I stayed at both 2-night HH Premier and 1-night FWH Deluxe.

The HH Premier room with a underperforming aircon made the room very stuffy with stale recycled air.. complained also no use.. no improvement.. bad fengshui..

The FWH Deluxe at least could tune the ceiling fan to keep myself super cool, fresh air from windows.

Did you set the aircon temperature at 18.5°C and the fan speed at max?

if longing for crockford stay, just pay abt 1.3k per day or less maybe. dont wait for offers. fr the way u collect gd points. your cash roll over shld cover easily for a few days of crockfords stay.

They seem to be setting aside more Crockford for sale. Assuming you are willing to pay the tariff, you can get rooms as late as 1 week before. The strategy seems to be to ensure the affluent customers who are not into gambling have an appropriate place to stay.

Imo yes.
never try using agent website before for genting. Agoda booking.com etc.

Always check availability in the morning everyday.

If you are able to apply leave in short notice (1-2 days), you could be lucky to get premium rooms instead of FWH Deluxe.
