Yes, you can do the following via the self-service kiosks:

- Register for a Genting Rewards membership
- Replace your Genting Rewards card
- Update your Genting Rewards profile
- Renew your Genting Rewards membership

The self-service kiosks are available 24/7 and are located at:

- Level 1 & 2, SkyCasino
- Lobby Level, Genting Grand (formerly known as Visitors Galleria)

- Escalator to the Gold Club (only for Gold members).

* Do note that all self service kiosks are specifically designated for different cards: red, or silver, or gold. So...choose the right one.

** For Gold members, just queue up at the Gold Member Service Counter located at SkyCasino level 2 before the escalator to Gold Club.

*** For Red and Silver members, just take a queue number at the Genting Rewards Guest Services Counter located at SkyAvenue level 2 (beside the VR arena).

You should update your new passport details via:

- customercare@rwgenting.com
- +603 2718 1118

Alternatively, you can also bring along your old passport, for hotel check-in, in case you did not update your latest particulars prior your trip.

Enjoy your trip. Cheers.

I have never tried updating the new passport info at the auto kiosk. There's usually not much q at the customer service counter for gold and above members. If passport is new and information is updated, the new info may not sync with all your current bookings. So for the check in, you may need to perform the check in at the counter with your member card. I have not been able to do machine check in at Highlands Hotel till this day with my new passport while there's no problem with the new kiosks at First World Hotel.

no, cannot. i've been there, tried that. must queue at service counter to update.

update passport first, then proceed to check in kiosk area look for the service personnel manning the 'online booking/tour group' kiosk (something like that, forgot the exact name). ask them to update your passport details.

after that, then you can use the self checkin kiosk to proceed as usual.

Yes. Update early. You should be able to see the updated particulars on your Genting app thereafter. If there is no response from them, just call. No need to feel shy. Cheers.

Went up recently uphill and was talking to one of the pit bosses at Genting Club area. Heard from him that they will be closing down Genting Club in June too. All have to proceed to Skycasino and play liao (it will be damn crowded I guess)

Btw, he also shared that old casino most probably is permanently closed NOT renovation lol... not sure why the official announcement was saying upgrading/renovation.

Next time when you guys head up, pls help me ask the workers around to see if it's really true haha

Bro, just check in at the counter only with your membership card and have a good rest. If the staff asked, just inform the staff of the new passport not captured in your booking. By 1am, there will not be any queue at the manual counter.

You may update your passport info at outside the Genting Club counter if you are Gold and above. If not, just update at the membership counter opposite The Bakery, beside the entrance to the closed non VIP area.

Whether you can update your passport information prior to the trip will, high chance, not allow you to check in at the kiosk. The kiosk will likely also not be serviceable at the time of your arrival.

There goes my FSG baccarat from Genting Club after June if this is real. Wonder how they are going to explain to the high rollers who play at the 2nd floor of Genting Club.

You already answer your question. They distribute the limited vouchers daily at 12am via the ikiosk. First come first serve. Just to make sure you start queuing up at machine 15 to 30 mins before the midnight clock starts. A test of your patience and perseverance. Satisfied with this answer?
Thought is my app issue. So the app can no longer redeem. Only able to do it at ikiosk.

Don't think they can update via email as the standard process of update include scanning your physical passport. Got bro here ever mention it is the RFID update, which means email will not help at all.

That say, just do quick check in with your membership card for rest and settle the passport update at the counters when you are free for the rest of your trip.

The passport scanner in the hotel lobby is basically a RFID scanner, the image scanner is to read the passport last line text. RFID get the rest of the details.

If ur passport built-in RFID chip is faulty, you could NEVER able to check in yourself without assistance.

I learnt it the hard way, over the course of 5 trips, changed 3-4x membership card, email countless times, until I stumbled upon the DIY membership kiosk machine. the machine prompt me that unable to read RFID details..

if the kiosk show "invalid passport", it could be RFID chip issue.

My passport was less than 1 year old issued after covid reopening tour, I use phone NFC to scan also cannot get data.
I went back SG and get a new passport and there after, I can DIY check-in.
